Randy joined Addicus in 2020, bringing a diverse set of financial capabilities that have proven instrumental in supporting our clients. With 37 years of professional experience, he spent over three decades in banking, most recently as the Customer Experience Monitoring (CEM) Program manager for First Horizon National Corporation. Previous roles at First Horizon incorporated increasing levels of responsibility for financial analysis, budgeting and modeling, performance monitoring, process and project management and auditing.
A key strength throughout Randy’s career has been a proficiency for building strong customer relationships. His ability to understand needs and offer viable solutions has allowed us to assist our families in reaching their financial goals and strengthen their Family Wealth Enterprise. He has a demonstrated track record of leading with integrity and excelling at finding the optimal solution for his clients – front line workers to C-suite executives.
Randy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Memphis. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs.
Randy and his wife, Melissa, just celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary and have four children and two grandchildren. Outside of work, Randy enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with family and friends, and taking on D.I.Y projects around the home. Reverse engineering comes easily to him – if something is broken, he anxiously tears it apart to return it to like-new functionality.
