Addicus Launches Senior Living Private Equity Investment

May 18, 2023 (Oxford, MS) – Addicus Private Equity, LLC announces the investment in ACRON’s Spring Cypress Senior Living.  The facility is located in the growing community of Cypress, TX, within the northwest Houston metro area.

The investment includes the acquisition of the existing, stabilized Assisted Living and Memory Care property, in addition to development and construction of an Independent Living complex.  ACRON is partnering with industry veterans — MedCore Partners and Integral Senior Living (ISL) — on the project.

When completed, the 19.62-acre campus will offer 230 total units spanning the senior living continuum of care. The addition of Phase II creates a highly desired continuum for aging seniors to enjoy their active retirement years by taking advantage of top-of-market design, amenities, and lifestyle options. Residents can enjoy all of this in a catered living environment that encourages them to invite family, friends, and community connections to Spring Cypress.
