Conner Coleman is an Operations Associate in Private Equity at Addicus, based in Oxford, Mississippi. In his role, Conner supports the Asset management operations lifecycle—coordinating asset management day to day operations and servicing, maintaining diligence and transaction documentation, producing internal reporting, and partnering closely with accounting and legal to ensure accurate, timely execution for funds and portfolio assets.

Conner earned his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University, where he also plans to obtain his MBA. He first joined Addicus as a seasonal team member with the Private Equity group while at Mississippi State, gaining hands‑on experience that shaped his emphasis on clean data, repeatable processes, and consistent follow‑through for investors and partners.

Today, he brings that same mindset to daily operations—owning details, connecting stakeholders, and helping the team deliver on commitments across transactions and ongoing asset work. Outside the office, Conner is proud of his North Mississippi roots and the opportunity to contribute to a growing Private Equity platform serving clients across the region and beyond.
