As general counsel, Julie advises Addicus on general legal matters, drafts and reviews corporate documents, and serves as a liaison with outside counsel. Julie specializes in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare. She brings 16 years of experience to her role at Addicus, and enjoys the team atmosphere. 

Julie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mississippi and her J.D. from the University of Mississippi Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee. 

Julie and her husband reside in Oxford, MS with their two children. When she is not working, you can find Julie coaching softball with the Oxford Park Commission, traveling, practicing hot yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
