Lanair brings a diverse skill set to her role managing Legal Operations at Addicus. She has over a decade of global operations and project management experience, complemented by additional experience in marketing, legal, and communications.

Lanair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Western Governors University, an associate of science degree in legal studies, and is an IILPM certified Legal Project Practitioner. She is an active member of NALA and CLOC.

A born problem-solver and exceptionally detail-oriented, Lanair helps drive growth initiatives forward, both within Addicus and for our client families. Her experience in distribution, energy security technology, and the higher educational industries allows her to manage initiatives for Addicus and its clients that grow revenue and overcome any obstacles that may stall growth. She’s motivated to develop proactive and diplomatic solutions to any obstacle.

Lanair enjoys the energetic people and pace at Addicus and our drive to succeed for our clients’ benefit.

Lanair serves her community with involvement in the arts as an event committee member of the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council, educational advocacy projects, and donating her time and talents to help schools and families raise awareness for neurodiverse students.

She resides with her husband and son in Oxford, Mississippi, and together, they spend time exploring the outdoors, traveling, enjoying concerts, camping, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
