Lauren Brown is a Tax Manager specializing in tax compliance, with more than 8 years of experience in public accounting. Before joining Addicus in 2025, she spent 7 years at HORNE LLP as a Tax Supervisor, providing tax services to large public and middle-market companies across a range of industries.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Mississippi.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Taxation.  She is an active member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lauren resides in Tupelo, Mississippi, with her husband, John Allen, and their daughter.  They are expecting another daughter in early 2026.  Lauren and her family are active members of First United Methodist Church in Tupelo. Outside of work, she enjoys serving on the board of Tupelo Women's Club, volunteering at her daughter's school, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
