Lindsey brings over 15 years of experience in client relations, banking, commercial lending, insurance and management.

Lindsey Faust joined Addicus in 2019 as an Operational Support Specialist. Since then, her role has evolved into Manager of Investor Relations & Operations, of Addicus Private Equity. There, she uses her strong organizational skills to create and manage the Fund creation process, from inception to closing.

Prior to joining Addicus, Lindsey worked with Paragon Bank as a Mortgage Consultant where she assisted in opening Paragon’s first Oxford location. Throughout her 13 year banking career, she served as a Community Bank Market President, Branch Manager, Vice President and Loan Officer. The banks she worked for varied from local community banks to large commercial banks, throughout the Southeast.  

Lindsey considers herself a life-long learner and believes in “figuring it out” when she doesn’t know how to do something. In that spirit, she is most proud of her success in her previous banking career, and especially her growth within Addicus.

Lindsey is passionate about serving the Oxford and Water Valley communities. She donates her time within the local school district, where her husband is a High School Math Teacher and Coach. Also, Lindsey began an organization that provides weekly food packs to children who have food insecurities at home.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and corporate relations, from the University of Mississippi. She is also a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking.

Lindsey currently resides in Water Valley, Mississippi, with her husband, Clint, and three children.
