Lindsey Pecoraro is the Operations Manager at Addicus, where she oversees executive scheduling, company-wide travel planning, external event coordination, and internal office administration.
Lindsey joined Addicus in September 2025, bringing with her a diverse background in finance, executive support, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Controller for Mid America Harley-Davidson for five years and later worked as District Marketing Manager for Momentum Holdings. She also built and ran her own online health and fitness business — an experience that sharpened her skills in communication, organization, and entrepreneurship.
Known for her ability to create structure and drive execution, Lindsey thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working hand in hand with upper management. Her adaptable and detail-oriented approach brings clarity and efficiency to every team she supports.
Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Lindsey enjoys working out, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors. Her hobbies include hiking, sand volleyball, and golf. She comes from an entrepreneurial family and is especially proud to be an aunt to two nephews.
