Before joining Addicus, Mackenzie worked as an Account Manager for an IT staffing and consulting firm, where she partnered with Fortune 500 companies to build relationships with decision-makers and deliver talent solutions for critical hiring needs. That experience sharpened her communication skills, organization, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously—skills that now serve her well in the world of complex financial planning and client coordination.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Mackenzie is naturally drawn to structure, organization, and creating clarity amid complexity. She enjoys the dynamic nature of her role at Addicus and appreciates that no two days are ever the same. What initially sparked her interest in the industry was learning how strategic planning and financial structuring can help individuals protect what they’ve built and create lasting impact for future generations.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys fitness, home design projects, and helping friends and family bring creative ideas to life. She has a passion for sourcing and curating spaces with intentionality and style, often spending her free time planning room redesigns or tracking down the perfect pieces at the right price. She’s also deeply compassionate when it comes to animals, frequently going out of her way to care for and rescue strays she encounters.
As the youngest of three siblings in a close-knit family, Mackenzie values relationships, hard work, and staying grounded while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
