Madelyn Mills is a Technology Specialist at Addicus, serving as the primary liaison between Addicus and ECS. In her role, Madelyn leads trainings on AOS processes, manages new technology setups, and contributes to ongoing AOS development initiatives. Her work helps ensure that technology at Addicus remains both functional and future-forward. 

Madelyn brings four years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Addicus, she worked as a developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on production and reporting. Her broad expertise in technology — from system configuration to process optimization — enables her to support the evolving needs of entrepreneurial families and the internal teams who serve them. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering with a minor in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University in 2022. 

Madelyn is a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Water Valley and participates in numerous service projects through the organization. She also serves on the board of the Yalobusha Country Club, where she volunteers her time to support improvements at the club. 

Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys going to the pool, reading, watching TV, and spending time with friends and family. Her hobbies include cooking, crafting, and traveling. She is also a certified independent travel agent. 

Madelyn lives in Water Valley, Mississippi with her husband, Tanner Mills, and their Shorkie, Penny.
