As the Director of Technology, Matt Adams provides technical leadership and oversight to all aspects of Addicus technology and digital transformation including software, tooling, platforms, support, cyber security, hardware and all future technology state and goals. He has 27 years of experience spanning private sector, startups, and public sector (U.S. military and intelligence community). 

Matt has held previous roles at Microsoft, including as a Managing Architect, where he designed, planned, estimated, built and deployed complex solutions. His specializations were in military tasking and orders, where intellectual property he created still runs to this day. He holds a variety of certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). 

In his free time, Matt enjoys precision shooting, pistols, golf, camping, biking, and flying. Matt and his wife, Rebecca, have two kids.
