Russ Woolery, private equity associate, has been in the financial services industry since 2004. He specializes in project finance. Russ’ responsibilities at Addicus include the evaluation of new projects, financial modeling, post-investment performance tracking, and drafting of solicitation documents.  

Russ’ prior experience includes the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds, construction loans, certificates of participation, lease-purchase agreements, pooled financings, private placements, GSE loans, and commercial loan syndications. To date, Russ has helped secure over $1.0 billion of debt and equity for real estate transactions. 

Russ is a graduate of Indiana University with B.S. degrees in finance, marketing, and international business and a graduate of the Kelley School of Business (Indiana University) with an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and accounting.  

Russ lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, Katie, and his sons Parker, Hunter, and Tyler. In his free time, Russ enjoys downhill skiing, running and relaxing.
