Ryan has over nine years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, tax, and corporate restructuring of client enterprises. 

Ryan joined Addicus in 2014 where he serves as a solutions architect for the Addicus Consulting Group. He is a crucial part of the onboarding process, focusing on assessing what resources and deficits clients have. From there, he works with the data team to establish an investment plan, evaluate the client’s personal financial enterprise, and implement a variety of projects for the client. 

He specializes in detecting issues with clients’ family wealth enterprises regarding their estate, enterprise structure, investment, risk management and protection, cash flow, and tax liability issues. He creates various analyses and model scenarios for varying decisions with the intent of supporting the best path or decision for each scenario. 

Ryan graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in managerial finance. 

Ryan resides in Oxford, Mississippi with his wife, Morgan. He enjoys staying fit and spending time with his daughter.
