Tarik Bilalbegovic serves as the Director of Private Equity where he structures projects on behalf of Addicus Family Office Investments and Addicus Investment Partners.

Tarik brings 25 years of investment advisory experience (CFO and CIO) for UHNW families in financial engineering, strategic business development, managing risks and diversified portfolios, securing capital stack, asset management, FP&A and P&L statements, and execution of profitable investment projects in real estate, upscale hospitality, and infrastructure.

In addition, he led FlyBosnia airline as a Chief Executive Officer with a staff of over 100 people. He provided leadership and collaborative vision directing synergies to finance, sales, operation, logistic, IT, and legal teams creating the operations infrastructure.

Tarik received his MA from Johns Hopkins University and his BA from Grinnell College.

Outside the office, Tarik enjoys skiing, hiking, and travelling. He is also known for improvising jazz on the piano.  Tarik resides in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
