As a Private Equity Operations Associate at Addicus, Taylor Heal brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong organizational mindset to the firm’s operational backbone. With three years of experience at Addicus, Taylor plays a key role in managing and maintaining private equity files and CRM system data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms. 

Taylor supports Investor Relations by assisting with fundraising documentation, investor correspondence, and data management. She also contributes to internal communications and marketing efforts, seamlessly handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Her responsibilities span document management, presentation preparation, and responding to internal and external documentation requests, all with a focus on precision and professionalism. 

Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with minors in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Mississippi, as well as a Master of Legal Studies and a Wealth Management Certificate from Texas A&M University School of Law. She is also a certified paralegal through NALA and an active member of the organization. 

Recognized as one of Oxford Eagle’s Top 20 Under 40 Young Professionals, Taylor is passionate about continuous growth and excellence in her field. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters in Amory, Mississippi.
